About Me

For me, fashion is more than just clothing; it's my chosen medium for self-expression and communication. I love how I can craft narratives and evoke emotions through clothing choice.

My journey in fashion styling has been enriched by my love for travel and cultural immersion. You can always find me exploring local markets, connecting with small businesses owners, and engaging with fellow fashion enthusiasts on any given day wherever I may be. Having traveled extensively and spending chunks of time in places like Mexico, Canada, Scotland, Serbia, Italy, Thailand and Bali for weeks to months at a time, has broadened my perspective and infused my work with a rich tapestry of influences.

It fills me with joy to meet local artisans and store owners and learn about what makes them unique. I am fascinated to learn about processes to create different types of clothing, fibers and accessories. I like to think of myself as the Indiana Jones of shopping. Shopping with me is truly an adventure. Who will I meet today? What will I learn?

My love for fashion intertwines effortlessly with my fascination for diverse cultures. Immersing myself in local customs and traditions wherever I go fuels my creativity, allowing me to infuse each project with authenticity and diversity.

On set, my innate love for people translates into a collaborative approach, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Whether dressing celebrities or collaborating with fellow creatives, I prioritize open communication and mutual respect, ensuring a harmonious and productive working relationship.

I focus extensively on crafting visual storyboards to manifest the director or client's creative vision. Leveraging cutting-edge fashion styling software, I provide real-time access to curated looks, a feature lauded by numerous productions for its innovation. I am always interested in exploring new technology to help make my department run smoother and allow more room for the creative to expand.

In the fast-paced world of commercial productions, my attention to detail and organizational prowess shine. From planning wardrobe continuity to swiftly adapting to last-minute changes, I ensure that every aspect of the wardrobe department operates seamlessly.

Styling Strategies

Hire a seasoned pro so that your talent has the right clothes (or no clothes) with the right accessories to tell your visual story. I did actually dress the band Family of the Year for their music video until they got totally undressed. Then I switched into costumer mode and made sure we had everything we needed to keep them comfortably covered in all the right places.
